This video and its content do not constitute therapy nor are they suitable for crises. In the event of a crisis, please contact a doctor or psychotherapist immediately or call the international emergency number 112, available 24 hours a day. You are experiencing a mental health crisis if you answer "yes" to one or both of the following questions: Do you presently have a specific death wish or have you made specific plans to harm yourself? Has your condition worsened recently to the point where suicide seems like an acceptable solution?
Every second person suffers from mental health disorders at least once in their lifetime. With this interactive video we want to contribute to de-stigmatization of mental health problems.
Accompanied by aesthetically pleasing animations, we get to know three people with different psychological challenges and learn which strategies they have developed in dealing with their challenges. As viewers, we get involved in their decision-making and experience how difficult it can be to find your own solutions.
